Aging Care Connections’ programs make a significant impact on the lives of thousands of older adults, caregivers, and their families. We are committed to helping older adults live vital, independent lives. Our programs address informational needs; basic needs like food, shelter, and safety concerns; the needs of caregivers; how to find and access services that make aging at home a reality; and ways to stay engaged, fit, and informed.

Information & Assistance

We help adults age 60 and older, individuals with disabilities age 18 to 59, and their families navigate through the abundance of information on aging and make informed choices.
