ACC recently partnered with OptWell to offer Mindful Movement; this free program is designed to promote physical activity, mental wellness, and social connection through guided group sessions. Open to adults (18+) of all fitness levels, the program combines movement—stretching, functional exercises, balance, and light strength training—with mindfulness practices like deep breathing and guided reflection.
