ACC recently partnered with OptWell to offer Mindful Movement; this free program is designed to promote physical activity, mental wellness, and social connection through guided group sessions. Open to adults (18+) of all fitness levels, the program combines movement—stretching, functional exercises, balance, and light strength training—with mindfulness practices like deep breathing and guided reflection. Sessions at La Bella are 45 minutes led in English and Spanish and can be done seated in a chair or standing, with no floor work required.
