Loading Events

Mary Ann Hilsen, a Westchester Physical Therapist, will lead us through exercises that will help us with balance, flexibility, and core abdominal muscles. These seated (or standing) exercises, improve blood circulation, better sleep, and a stronger heart. Come hear the music and join this fun class! In person or via Zoom.
