Aging Care Connections is thrilled to announce the new home of its Congregate Meals program at La Bella Restaurant, located at 5412 S La Grange Rd, Countryside, Illinois. The grand opening celebration will take place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Aging Care Connections Executive Director Desiree M. Scully, MA, Countryside Mayor Sean McDermott, and La Bella owner Rosa Elena Botello.

The event will offer a special menu and exciting raffles, welcoming older adults to experience the warmth and community of the Congregate Meals program. This program provides nutritious, balanced meals to adults Age 60 years and over, plus spouse of the 60+ participant if they are, or have been an active participant of the program, regardless of age, and individuals with disabilities who reside with a person over 60 in a non-institutional household.
