2019 Sports Ball Gala
Aging Care Connections’ 2019 Sports Ball Gala brought together sports celebrities and attendees dressed in their favorite sports attire to champion Aging Care Connections’ work in the community. The annual fundraiser raised nearly $127,000 in funds to benefit our programs and services. Dionne Miller, ABC 7 Sports Anchor and Reporter, served as the Mistress of Ceremonies and moderated a question and answer session with three sports celebrities—Bill Melton, former Chicago White Sox player, Denis Savard, former Chicago Blackhawks player and head coach, and Tom Livingston, former Chief Illiniwek for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
