In 1996, during our 25th Anniversary, The $500 Club was created to help meet the growing needs of our aging community. In honor of our 40th Anniversary, we are revitalizing The $500 Club as the Lee Burkey, Sr. Society in memory of Lee Burkey, Sr. who helped to create the original $500 Club.

Members of the Society commit to making an annual leadership gift at a selected level. Gifts can be unrestricted, restricted to a program, made in honor of or made in memory of someone special.
